Perched 376m above sea level, the character of the original Australian red cedar home has been retained, and the three recently renovated, modern bathrooms and the renovated kitchen provide an atmosphere of rustic luxury.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Cootharaba, Noosa North Shore, The Coral Sea, the Cooloola Sandpatch, and the Great Sandy National Park to the East. Woondum National Park, and the Great Dividing Range to the West, Mount Tinbeerwah, Mount Cooroy, Pinbarren Mountain and Mount Cooroora to the South.
On a spacious 47 acres of privacy in the encompassing bushland, there is three cleared areas with lush and established gardens around the house, including Poinciana trees, Australian Red Cedars, Aussie Figs, Staghorns, fruit trees, a massive Avocado tree, palms, and an array of cactus and succulents.
Perfectly placed to experience the great Cooloola walking trails, mountain biking, or local gems such as Cooloola Berries, Sublime Brewery, Pomona Distillery, and Dingo Creek Winery. It's the perfect place to feel a sense of peace, find your happy place and create memories with loved ones.

The high ceilings with exposed beams in the open living area make for the perfect space to relax and spend time with family and friends. Pour a glass of your favourite beverage while you enjoy the expansive views all the way to the coast!
The modern, newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply make your morning coffee. For the cooks, you’ll love the big 90cm oven, induction cook top, large island bench and step in pantry. Essential appliances also include the coffee machine, air fryer, microwave and more.
The bedrooms have been furnished for luxury, with comfortable beds, gorgeous soft furnishings and warm rugs underfoot. The master and second bedrooms both have king sized beds, with separate, newly renovated ensuites. The master bedroom also has an additional pull out queen sofa. The third bedroom comes with a queen bed and 2 king singles (bunk beds).
The master bathroom ensuite is modern and newly renovated, with a double shower and bath perfect for soaking in while taking in the natural surroundings through the private window. Bedroom 2 has its own ensuite with a shower. And the third bathroom is available for the house and third bedroom
Outside the large, wrap around style deck has been set up for you to dine, relax and spend time drinking in the views. There’s even an outdoor play zone for the kids. While you’re outside, take in the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Enjoy the comfort of our indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit over the course of your stay. Wood is provided under the property. We ask courtesy for future guests is considered and for the wood to be used in moderation. We also ask for the safety of guests and the property, that fires not be left unattended and are put out after use.

MUSIC:
There is to be no extremely loud music at this property. Although this house is situated away from neighbours, noise can still travels extremely easily from this house. Please at the respect of our neighbours keep music to a reasonable level. Quiet times are from 9pm - 8am
Pets:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets on the bed. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the bedrooms
- Keep pets off the furniture
BBQ
Please clean the BBQ and drip tray before you leave. This helps keep the cleaning fee charge down. If the BBQ is excessively dirty we will charge a $60 BBQ cleaning fee
