Moonwood Studio is a beautiful, rustic 2 bedroom cottage set amongst 30 acres of parklands and beautiful stands of marri bushland. It is very secluded and has lovely views over adjoining vineyards.
A Second Bathroom, is now completed. It is an open air bath with shower over the bath, a toilet and hand basin. Bathroom is covered but is open air, so you can indulge in a hot bath, while listening to the birds and the sounds of the bush.
It is only 5-10 minutes drive to some of the best wineries in the region. Just 5-10 mins to Smiths Beach.
It is such a beautiful property with abundant bird life, lots of free area to walk around, views to enjoy both inside and out.
Lounge/dining is air conditioned and the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Wood burner to keep you cosy and warm in winter. We provide a barrow load of wood, but if you run out you can purchase at Bunnings or local service stations .
There are two houses on this 30 acre property 300 metres apart. The cottage is completely private and separate and secluded from the second private residence.
Accomodation
There are two bedrooms, one with king, and the other with queen bed and a single bed. A cot is also available for babies. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
The main inside bathroom, has shower and toilet, but if you fancy, there’s a bath on the back verandah where you can indulge and enjoy the bush setting and birds.

The lounge area has a large reverse cycle air conditioner and will keep you cool during those really hot days.
