The outdoor area and kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, sink, BBQ and table for 6, perfect for alfresco dining and summer BBQs. As you explore further the downstairs space of the home, you'll discover the fourth bedroom with two cosy single beds, followed by bedroom 2 and 3, each offering a queen-sized bed. The well-appointed bathroom features a bath, shower, and vanity, with a separate powder room for added convenience.

Moffat Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.
