The Space:
The Drawing Room is a 2 bedroom apartment with a generous verandah on the 1st Floor. Housed in the oldest part of the building, this heritage apartment has decorative ceilings in the bedrooms and living room. Recently discovered remnants of 160 yr old hand painted wallpaper are preserved as a feature in the kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed, which can be split into singles and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The apartment features a bathroom with a separate toilet and full kitchen amenity.
What you’ll love about this apartment: There is something about The Drawing Room’s verandah that breathes an air of quintessential Queensland living. The large balcony that looks over James St somehow connects the modern day with a moment in the past.

New Farm has several major bus lines that travel down James st, as well as public e-scooters and bikes available nearby. Brisbane is famous for it’s walkability, it’s often the best way to travel.
