With ample space across 2 levels, 4 bedrooms plus rumpus with sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, guests will enjoy luxury hotel style beds each set in a unique and beautiful colour scheme thoughtfully designed for each room. 2 of the bedrooms upstairs have access to a side deck which drinks in the afternoon sun.

There are 2 living rooms, one downstairs with 65 inch TV and sofa bed and another large open plan living upstairs with large 75 inch TV and comfortable feather down 4-seater sofa, dining seating 8 and modern kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, large family fridge with freezer and pantry all overlooking the magnificent water views down to Flinders and across to Phillip Island.
The carport under the house has been conveniently converted into a games room housing a table tennis table. Set on over 860 square metres the native garden at the front offers a lovely space for shade and native trial. Across the road is the direct trail to the beach through a country path. Such easy access to carry boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, a swim or a glorious walk via Somers General Store to Balnarring Beach when the tide is out. At the right time of the year, guests will be treated to dolphins swimming past.
Guests will also love the 6km cycle path from Somers to Balnarring village hosting The Heritage Pub, large IGA supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close to world class wineries such as Jackalope and Point Leo as well as Balnarring Races and the Stony Point ferry to Phillip Island from Hastings there is so much to do as so much to come back for.
