Our beautiful holiday home will delight any traveller that is looking for a relaxing peaceful escape surrounded by nature and magnificent beaches. With approx 65 square meters of north facing deck we have landscaped the rear of the property with native flora and natural materials. Mazza Bay Retreat is a tastefully decorated home, has three bedrooms and features open plan living with large double sliding doors opening up onto the back deck and rear garden.
It is equipped with split system air-conditioning/heating being extremely efficient in both summer and winter. There is a LCD TV and DVD player. It has a large kitchen that is fitted out with pots, pans and all the things you would need to cook up a storm :-), it is fitted with stainless steel appliances, large fridge/freezer and a large walk in pantry.
There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms to allow you to have a comfortable sleep. As mentioned there are three (3) bedrooms, Bed 1- is a spacious room with a king bed, Bed 2- is smaller and has a queen bed, Bed 3- is a large room with a Tri Bunk (double bed underneath with single on top) and two single beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses.
As mentioned there are large double sliding doors that open out from the kitchen/ lounge/dining area to a large deck which overlooks a beautiful natural scrub garden, the deck is inviting at all times of the year especially on those warmer nights. There is a large plastic table and chairs that can be used on the deck. Outside there is a 4 burner BBQ.
There is a fire pit which can be used but we ask that our clients be mindful and aware of the fire regulations/restrictions during certain times of the year. The property has plenty of areas to park vehicles. We have a fish cleaning double sink behind the shed area for your use.
Mazza Bay Retreat is a very short walk away from the local beach of Marion Bay, Penguin Point and Willyama Beach. It is a short drive to the entrance of Innes National Park where you will find some of the best beaches in Australia. The wildlife is amazing and in Spring the natural scrub in the area comes alive with colour. Some of the popular leisure activities available in Marion Bay and Innes National Park include, Fishing (beach, boat and Jetty), Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Kayaking, Bush Walking and Sight Seeing, the beaches are absolutely breathtaking.
LOCALITY
Mazza Bay Retreat is located on a corner block, facing a large reserve which is across the road. A short walk from the home will take you to Penguin Point and Willyama Beach. The entrance to Innes National Park is just a few minutes away by car, where you can spend the day exploring all the magnificent beaches and the National Park.
PROPERTY
PLEASE NOTE: Pillows and quilts supplied with mattress and pillow protectors. However WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINEN. We request that guests please bring their own towels, sheets and t-towels.
We have provided a king sized bed in the master bedroom, if you are unable to supply king sized sheets for your stay, for your convenience we are able to supply them at a cost of $20.00. Please advise me prior to your stay so arrangements can be made.
