Positive: • Great location for short stays or solo travelers I stayed here for 7 nights during a trip to Melbourne. The location is excellent — close to the airport, walking distance to Olsen Place Shopping Centre, and just a 6-minute drive to Broadmeadows Central. It’s a good spot between the airport and Craigieburn • Responsive owner

Negative: • Not suitable for families or longer stays • Uncomfortable bedding and limited cleanliness the stay wasn’t very comfortable for our family. The space felt cramped for three people, and the bedding was not clean or comfortable — very synthetic, not cotton. The central heating system seemed to operate randomly, with air conditioning running in the cold morning and heaters during sunny afternoons. • Shared areas not well managed. The shared dining area was a concern: we left milk for our child’s cereal, but it was gone the next day. • Unhelpful cleaning staff We asked the cleaner for an extra blanket and were ignored, though the owner responded quickly when contacted directly.
