This lovely home is located 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the plaza. It is spacious with indoor and outdoor dining, a large pool and modern kitchen. Enjoy all this property has to offer including a backyard for the kids and a herb/vege garden for your home cooked meal.

ENTRY/PARKING/ACCESS
Entry is initially via the front gate and then via the front door to the right hand side of the driveway. We have secure driveway parking for 4 cars and extra road side parking as needed. The front gate is operated by both keypad and remote, details of which are sent prior to your arrival. The house keys are kept in a lock box , this code will also be sent to you prior to your visit.
AIR-CONDITIONING
The lounge, dining and family rooms are fully air-conditioned, as is the 4th bedroom.
The house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.
The kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.
The lounge room has a smart TV allowing you to watch all free to air channels, or view your own streaming service.
We have a beautiful pool that is available for you to use during your visit. The hours of use for the pool are 9.00 am - 9.00 pm.
This is the perfect property to enjoy space to unwind, relax and enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you here.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.
Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
