Situated 150 m from Silversands Beach with beautiful sands and even better sunsets. This small but comfortable chalet consists of one double bedroom and a bunk bed in a second bedroom. The small bathroom contains a shower, toilet and hand basin. The central kitchen/lounge area has everything you require to cook your own meals at home. A gas BBQ is provided on the front veranda. You will be required to move outdoor cushions to the patio and return them indoors when you depart.
You have full use of the unit and a shared laundry facility on the property. 2 cars may be parked on the lawn directly in front of the unit. Please keep the driveway and lawn area around clothes line clear of vehicles and boats. Any guests you have must park on the front lawn of the complex.
This is a NON SMOKING and NO PETS property. No smoking inside or on the attached patio. If you must smoke or have guests please smoke on the open grass area near the clothes lines.
There are no fences or gates on the property so please keep a close watch on children as there is a centrally shared driveway. This unit is NOT SUITABLE for infants under 2 years.
