- Do not break fragile items. If you accidentally break it, please notify us in case someone gets hurt
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Except when you are using futon (extra bed), you can move the coffee table aside.

- Garbage chute is on the left-hand side of the lift. If you wish us to deal with the garbage, please leave them in the bin.
- Booking over seven days, you will need to provide access to the apartment once per week to allow the manager to inspect the apartment's condition. This is a compulsory condition.
