Consisting of 5 acres, the property underwent an Architect designed renovation completed in 2019 and our two story home consists of expansive glass areas, Travertine tiled floors indoors and outdoors downstairs and American oak flooring upstairs. A marble kitchen with a 3 metre island bench completes a modern contemporary home suitable for entertaining. Large living areas downstairs have views of both the pool and gardens and expansive lawn and bay views. Upstairs the views from the living room are of Point Leo beach, Western Port Bay and the Nobbies and on a very clear day, Bass Strait.
The 23mx7m solar heated pool has a continuous lap section and is opposite the cabana with full BBQ facilities including all cooking implements, cutlery and picnic sets. The full size tennis court is also adjacent to these relaxing amenities and include tennis racquets and balls.
The property consists of more than 3000 trees, shrubs, climbing plants and old flowering gums which set the scene for a most relaxing holiday and also one of a kind photography in an authentic garden designed by Paul Bangay.
Perfectly located only 6 minutes drive to beautiful Point Leo beach and Shoreham beach. A 8-10 minute drive takes you to wineries including Point Leo Estate, Paringa Estate, Merricks General Store, and Montalto. In Red Hill enjoy a meal at Tedesca Osteria (Good Food recent award winner), Epicurean, Red Hill Estate or Many Little. Flinders art galleries, cafes and shops are only 8 minutes away where you will find Moke Restaurant with an excellent wine list to accompany delicious food, Flinders General Store, Chocolaterie and The Village Cafe.

TERMS OF BOOKING
1. We do not accept any parties. Due to our high standard of accommodation, we do not accept Schoolies, bucks/hens bookings. You will be required to sign and agree to our No Party Policy.
2. A maximum of 10 guests on the property at any given time, unless by prior arrangement with the owners. Prior inspection of the property is necessary for children under 10 years of age due to the open staircase .
3. A bond is required to be paid prior to arrival and returned at the completion of cleaning approval.
