Longbeach Beachfront Villa 1 offers you a 6 bedroom villa right on the beach. It is at the quiet kid-friendly end of Long Beach, just before the cul-de -sac. Perfect for one to two families to share, or an extended family group.
There are living areas upstairs and downstairs, a deck and terrace, overlooking the beach with views across the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Long Beach is a safe swimming, snorkelling, paddling, canoeing, sailing and fishing beach. Dolphins often swim in close and there have even been whale sightings not far out in the bay. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach.
Please note that the villa is in a quiet residential area, and not available as a party venue; not suitable for pre-/end-of-season celebrations, bucks/hens or similar events.
Long Beach has great rock formations to explore above and below the water. You can step out of your villa, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets. Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too.

Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large open plan living/dining area with deck (BBQ on deck), two bathrooms and separate toilet.
Room configurations: One queen room with queen bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and small balcony, 2nd queen bedroom with queen bed and third twin bedroom with two single beds.
DOWNSTAIRS (downstairs section sleeps 6)
Three bedrooms , large open plan living/dining area with patio, one bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet.
Room configurations: One queen bedroom with queen bed, two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds.
All beds have doonas and pillows with covers.
Please note that it is a self catered holiday home, so for other linen and consumables you'll need to pack the following:

Pillow cases
Towels
Beach Towels
Tea towels
and extra toilet paper, washing up liquid etc.

* A maximum of 12 people can be accommodated. The villa is intended for family groups and cannot accommodate more than 8-10 adults.
* The property is located in a quiet residential area and guests are expected to enjoy their stay without excessive noise, and show respect for neighbours and other holiday makers.
* Guests have a responsibility to leave the properties in a similar condition as it was when they arrived.
*Guests are requested to put the bins out on a Thursday afternoon for Friday morning garbage collection service.
* No pets
