The space
Guests will have the entire townhouse to themselves for their stay.
Ground floor
- Undercover car bay located at the front door.
- You enter into the laundry area which has a washing machine, storage cupboard and sink.
- Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for short or long term stays.
- Open plan dining and lounge area has a 4 seater dining table plus comfy 2 seater and 3 seater couches and a smart TV. This area has a reverse cycle air conditioner.
- Lounge opens onto a private sunny courtyard which has a 6 seater outdoor table. An undercover rack that can hold surf/paddle boards or shelter/lock bikes to.
- Staircase to first floor. Under the stairs is a shelf with a book exchange and board games.
First Floor
- Master bedroom has a king size bed and built in robe for storage. This bedroom also has reverse cycle air conditioning.
- In-between the bedrooms is a bathroom.
- The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in robe for storage. There is no air conditioner in this room but a portable evaporative cooler/fan is provided.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
- Single stair case from ground to first floor.
- As pictured balustrade on upstairs landing is not fully enclosed.
- If you require a high chair or portacot we provide these free of charge. Please give us at-least 48 hours notice to accommodate this request.
- Building in later stages of construction next door.
