A beautiful villa in Dunsborough with views of the 12th green, where you can relax after a game of golf or shopping in town. The region has many stunning beaches and gourmet food to suit your every stay!
The space
This newly built villa sleeps up to seven guests. It has a king bedroom on the upper level, with carpeted floors and a large ensuite. The lower floor houses a second king, a queen and a single/double bunk bed in the other three bedrooms, with two shared bathrooms. The lower floor also comprises a large open kitchen with new appliances and a dining and sitting area. Adjacent is the entertaining and living zone. The floor to ceiling glass invites you outside, to a sunny grassed area with play zone, the pool and views over the 12th green.
Located a short ride to town or the beach, Le Soleil overlooks the 12th green of the local golf course.
Other things to note
Note: The dishwasher door cover won’t stop operation and is fine to use, guests can put the tablets in the bottom of the machine.
Note: Firewood is available from May to September. Outside of this period, guests are welcome to purchase firewood from any local service station.
Firewood is available upon request before arrival. Please inform us 3 days before arrival if you would like to order. Firewood is available for $35 per bag, and Kindling is $35. If you order a set, it's only $65 for a bag of firewood and kindling.
Fire bans are in place 1 Nov to 30 Apr. Fire pits are NOT PERMITTED
There is no TV at the property but there is a projector that you can use.
