Charming renovated farmhouse of 130 m² located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, you will be seduced by its comfort and its country setting! This pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for your stay with family or friends! You will have a large living room and a reading room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also enjoy the 500 m² enclosed garden, ideal for sunbathing.
