This luxurious 130 m2 top floor apartment is only a 180m stroll from the protected waters and the clear, pristine white beach of Eagle Bay. There are amazing coastal and bush walking/running/cycling tracks surrounding us, as well as some of the Southwest’s best winter surf break's plus excellent fishing off the beach and coastal rocks. Close by is Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Winery and Lot 80 Tavern and Dunsborough Town only a 7 minute drive where you will find great shopping and eateries.
This private 130m2 apartment is within a spacious rustic 5 bedroom timber beach house with covered timber decks, framed with massive 100 year old Jarrah posts and cedar windows plus manicured lawns, large native trees for shade and secure kid and pet proof fencing. This is a classic beach house with a very modern, brand new interior. Apartment guests have access to a top floor bedroom plus kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony. No other guests stay at the home when the top floor is rented as an apartment, so it is completely private.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ plus rustic private outdoor shower and bath.
We rent the house as either a private one bedroom apartment for couples or the entire house for larger groups under a separate listing. This listing is the apartment only. An extra bedroom can be made available for and additional cost.
Guests have access to the top floor of this property. The remainder of the house is locked and is not rented separately during your stay.
The master bedroom is carpeted and linen, doona’s and pillows and bath towels are supplied as standard.
The bathroom is brand new and spacious. There is also a private outdoor shower/bath with hot and cold water.
There is a locked Master Bedroom and Pantry on the top floor which is for private storage and a locked rear shed which are not accessible for guest use.
The whole main living area upstairs is open plan, with a well appointed kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher. There is a massive island bench overlooking a huge Jarrah dining table that comfortably seats 12 people. The lounge area is very comfortable and has two sofas and a TV. There is an expansive balcony with a Webber Q BBQ, and stainless sink, bench-top and outdoor seating for dining or relaxing on the lounge or hammock.
We also have an additional BBQ and Gas Pizza oven at the rear.
Access to our surveyed boat mooring is available on request.
