Summary: After a 13 hour drive and arriving late after 8pm and having a late dinner, it wasn't till after 10pm that we discovered there was no hot water and no one around to raise the alarm,didn't notify reception till following morning. Response was "we will let maintenance department know" after pressing the issue, was offered a $50 refund that never eventuated.
