Birtinya is a relatively new suburb, with lots of parks, bike ways, and public outdoor space especially by the lake. Great position with easy access via multiple main roads (Kawana Way, Sunshine Coast Motorway and Nicklin Way). So much infrastructure there already and more to come, new hospital, commercial precinct and now a big shopping centre being built with a Coles and ALDI and outdoor dining precinct.
Getting Around:
We recommend that guests have access to a vehicle to make the most of the surrounding Sunshine Coast region. The property has parking, however alternatively there is street parking.
