The space
Private Garage and Patio area with roller door access and entrance to rear door. This area leads to a strata shared courtyard, and gated (private to the complex) access to the salt water lake with a grassy bank and stepped access which is viewable from bedroom 2 and its private balcony which has a Queen bed.
Out the front door there is the West Lakes Golf Course across the street with a view from Bedroom 1 which contains a double bed. The primary bathroom is upstairs on the same level as the bedrooms.
Downstairs contains the kitchen, laundry, a 2nd toilet, Living space and dining area, fully kitted out for your stay with the essentials,
Full Google voice control of lighting, audio and video streaming. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix, Baby grand piano to entertain yourself (or have us send you a private entertainer!)
Guest access
Direct gated and private group access to lake through the courtyard, where you can launch kayaks and have a paddle. a quick wander to the foot bridge with grassy park on one side of the lake, and sandy beach on the other for more aquatic activities. From there you can walk through the beautiful garden river parklands to the West Lakes shopping complex and restaurant/dining precinct, or take a short stroll down to sandy Tennyson beach under 2km walk from the property which has a permanent shade structure installed and is popular with kite surfers.
Other things to note
Kayaks and stand up paddle board and windsurfer if you're game will be available for guest use in the lake. Most lights and televisions are google voice controllable, The storage shed and bedroom 3 will be locked and inaccessible to guests.
Pets are welcome, but should not be hair shedders, and must be quiet pets so as not to upset neighboring tenants of the strata complex. Pets must not be left alone unattended in the property.
