Located within a short 450m stroll to Horseshoe Bay, the South Coast's most popular family swimming beach with sweeping reserves, Pt. Elliot SLSC and Flying Fish Café. It is an even shorter stroll to everything that downtown Pt Elliot offers, pubs, café & restaurants, shopping and, of course, the world-famous Port Elliot Bakery.
With 3 bedrooms, a large lounge room with timber floors, a large kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet & laundry, the home sleeps 7 people in style. It has all the mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine, big screen TV, WiFi and even a work space.
For year -round comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms.
Bedding Configuration (sleeps 7):

• Bedroom 3: 3 Single Beds (sleeps 3)
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
A timber merbau deck provides protected outdoor living, overlooking the fully fenced rear yard with a lawn area for kids and pets to play. The backyard is fully secure.
The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. The property fencing is 1.5M in height with no gaps.
Vehicles can be parked in the driveway or immediately out the front of the property in its own little space.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $16 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $32 for 1 night.
