Join the Encounter Bikeway and walk or cycle to either the river port of Goolwa or the Bluff and Heysen Trail at Victor Harbor. Catch the steam train from Middleton Station and enjoy the coastal views. Visit Hindmarsh Island and pick up a bottle or two of wine for later!

The space
Juscruizin is just two streets from the beach and within walking distance of the Middleton Hotel and pub. With plenty of room to spread out and the option to bring your dog by request (outside only), this spacious 3 bedroom fully fenced holiday home is the perfect base for you.
Guest access
With beds for 6 Adults and 4 children. Bedroom 1 has extensive built in robes and a queen bed with bedside tables, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with bedside tables, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. There are fans in all bedrooms.
Inside you will find a spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with TV/DVD, dining table and small toddler’s table, and a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven, but no dishwasher). This area has a heater and fan. Off the kitchen is a small family room area, with another TV and DVD player and a couch.
There is a bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet, and another separate toilet, and a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc. This Middleton property uses an aerobic tank for sewerage.
The enclosed outdoor area has a covered veranda along the length of the house, with a gas bbq and outdoor seating. There is undercover parking for 1 vehicle and space for more. Pets allowed outside.

Minimum stay is normally 2 days, but for long weekends it is 3 days
Guests must not exceed 6 adults and 4 children in total.
Guests are to provide their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Duvets and pillows for the single and queen beds are provided. Linen packages can sometimes be arranged at an extra cost - please enquire when making your booking.
Nespresso machine available - bring your own pods.
Please consider the next holidaymaker and leave the house as you would like to find it. Please vacuum and mop where appropriate, and wash, dry and replace all dishes where they belong, and don't forget to clean the BBQ if you have used it!
There are no bins. Unfortunately, most guests leave before the bins are collected and rubbish piles up, encouraging rats etc. To avoid this, please take your rubbish home with you, or deposit in public bins on the beachfront.
