The space
BEDROOMS
There are four bedrooms, all of which have high-quality mattresses to give you a great night’s sleep.
The main bedroom is especially large and features a massive four-poster king-size bed, a 65” TV with Apple TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted TV equipped with Apple TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with two king single beds. These two rooms are connected but have a door between them for privacy. The bathroom for these rooms is situated in the laundry room and has a shower and toilet.
KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking, including modern stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, all the other basic essentials and a built-in water filter. Cozy up to the long island for breakfast (seating for four), or head outside to eat alfresco at the outdoor dining table (seating for ten). There’s even a commercial ice machine in the laundry.
Personal food shopping is available upon request!
LOUNGE
The lounge is the perfect entertainment area for big and small groups. You can whip up drinks behind the pub-style bar, start a pool tournament on the pool table, or simply sit back and relax on one of the leather sofas as you stream your favourite shows on the 75” TV equipped with Apple TV.
OUTDOOR AREA
Open the french doors to the pool and other extensive outdoor areas.
Take a dip as you stream movies or the footy on the big screen projector. The pool is partially indoor and partially outdoor, so you can enjoy the weather without worrying about sunburn.
The shaded outdoor dining area has a large table (seating for ten) that features a special channel that you can fill up with all your drinks and ice. There is also a medium size Weber Q BBQ grill.
The backyard and garden area is a tranquil place to relax. Grab a book and read beneath the hanging garden, which overlooks the artificial turf. There’s also a firepit to enjoy after the sun goes down.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home and backyard area.
Free parking in the two-car garage will keep your vehicles secure and give you side access to the home. Note that there is a height restriction, so please check with us before reserving if you have a large vehicle.
We can accommodate children. We have a high chair and a porta cot with bedding available, but please be mindful that this is a sculptural property with a few stairs and a pool.
