Situated on Coorong Quays with views of Sturt Lagoon and its little Island.
Your own personal jetty for mooring a boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing with a glass of wine!
A five minute drive to Goolwa.
The living areas:
- the living/dining/kitchen area has beautiful waterfront views. There is an extendable table, generous lounges, TV, walk in pantry, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine and other kitchen appliances.
- the theatre is a separate room with smart TV and play station 3. There is also a sofa bed (queen size).

Bedroom 1 - queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed with built in robe
Bedroom 3 - 2 bunks (ie 4 beds)
