Summary: This property felt more like a hostel than a traditional hotel. Upon arrival, the staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a positive first impression. The room itself was clean, but there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues. The towels had yellow stains, the curtains were stained, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray throughout the bathroom. The shampoo and toiletries also appeared to have been left behind by previous guests, as they were partially used rather than newly provided. We only needed a place to stay for one night, and the location was convenient with a very affordable price. However, the room did not match the photos shown online, which was disappointing. This property may be a good fit for younger travelers or those looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep. It simply wasn’t the type of hotel experience we prefer. In the end, it served its purpose for one night, and the price reflected the overall experience.
