Cozy, quaint, charming 1-½ story house with completely renovated first floor. Only 5 minutes to Brackley Beach, 15 minutes to Cavendish and 20 minutes to Charlottetown, this house offers a comfortable space to relax between your visits to national parks, beaches, golf courses and tourist attractions.

There are two bedrooms upstairs; master bedroom has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has 1 double bed, and a large landing area has a twin bed. A 3 piece bathroom with a 3/4 bathtub is on the first floor along with the living room and a fully equipped kitchen, except there is *No Dishwasher*. There is also a sun room off the kitchen and a deck at the back of the house.
The guests have access to the entire house.
