Outdoor bar B Que area at the back of the property with dinning room for 8 and Kangaroos as neighbor's. A downstairs outdoor area on the southern side of the house is great for the afternoon drinks. Large Master bedroom with TV and ensuite. This is the only bathroom in the unit with toilet and shower. A second hand basin is located in the walk in robe. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator , microwave, air flyer, jug and toaster. Dinning table for 6 and comfortable lounge with LED smart TV. Wi Fi is available free. The second Queen bed is in the lounge room with a duchess for guests clothes . The unit is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans. The laundry is downstairs with a front load washing machine and dryer in the shed. After a swim there is an outside shower and a large Hills hoist for the washing.
Sheets, towels, tea towels, hand towels and face washers are provided and beds will be made. No personal products like shampoo are supplies. This is not a serviced unit , one set of linen per stay unless other arrangements are made.
