This custom built, unique and tranquil retreat offers plenty of space on multiple levels with modern amenities. Cozy up in the sunken living room, enjoy the sun on the multi level decks, toast marshmallows at the firepit or enjoy a glass of wine in the 3rd level sitting room with spectacular views of the dunes and ocean. Just a few minute walk to white sand beaches and a few minute drive to one of PEI's finest golf courses, Crowbush Cove. The perfect place to make memories to last a lifetime!
On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, an open dining room, sunken living room, full bathroom with laundry and tub/shower combo, a queen bedroom and a sunroom with propane stove. On the second level, you will find 2 queen bedrooms, a full bath with tub/shower combo and a small bunk room for the little kids. On the third level is a beautiful sitting room with stunning views that features a pull out sofa for additional sleeping. In total, the home can sleep 8 adults and 2 children, as the bunk beds are child sized. We provide beach towels, a few chairs and toys for the kids to take to the beach.
