Cooled by sea breezes and with the sound of the ocean at night, this airy 3-bedroom home revels in coastal ambience and has a relaxed indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The home has been recently renovated with high quality finishes & a light, open plan design. There is high speed cable wifi. LIVING There are two living spaces - a formal lounge at the front of the house with new 65 inch TV and large chaise lounge. The back casual living area is adjacent to the kitchen and seamlessly flows out to the back deck & yard through bi-fold doors. It has 2 lounges and a 55 inch TV. BEDROOMS Master - King Bed with pilowtop mattress. Bed 2 - Queen Bed with pillowtop mattress. Bed 3 - 2 x single beds (one is a roll-out trundle) KITCHEN Huge modern kitchen with walk in pantry, large Smeg cooker and well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. OUTDOOR The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining featuring a large deck with outdoor heating, huge lap pool (with locked hard cover), kids cubby house, separate studio office and a spacious lawn. Off street parking for 1 car. Available 24/7 by phone PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to a 3.5 credit card surcharge and security deposit will be due 3 days before arrival.
