On a peaceful country road 1.2km to the famed Cosmo, Greygrove is on a 2832sqm block with a lovely outlook to mature gums - a modern energy efficient home that is comfortable year-round. The rear fenced area is great for kids or pets (pets welcome outside). Trentham has country Victoria’s best restaurant and golf course plus pubs, cafes, wineries, Trentham Falls and lots more and 20-mins to Daylesford, Kyneton or Woodend. For weekends early Friday check-in and late Sunday checkout is included.
Greygrove is a cosy modern home comprising two living areas - the rear with lovely bushland views - and an inviting chef's kitchen.
The three bedrooms comprise a master and two smaller bedrooms, each with a queen bed (3 queen beds in total). There is NBN Wi-Fi internet provided, a rainshower shower head, a European laundry, and a BBQ for outdoor dining. Split systems, fans and an electric fire keep you comfortable and allow you to enjoy gorgeous Trentham and surrounds year-round.
Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, with kangaroos, kookaburras and other native birdlife visiting Greygrove daily! For couples, this is a stylish and comfortable space. For families, the rear yard is securely fenced and child-friendly items (high-chair, bed rail, portacot, small table/chairs, a selection of toys/books) are provided and while there is no bath, a baby bath is available.
To make your stay easier, there is a small collection of essentials provided - tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, peper, basic herbs as well as soaps, shampoo, conditioner.
