Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay
➤ Guests will have access to the entire property, NOT including the basement and garage. Please, make yourself at home!
➤ One (1) shared driveway parking space available. Please park on the left side of the driveway.
➤ Street parking is also available for visitors, however, it is not accessible after 11:00 PM. Please DO NOT leave your car otherwise it will be towed.

Downtown Brampton has it all including beautiful residential streetscapes, a bustling old fashioned main street shopping district, scenic parks, a museum, arts centre, and a Go Transit transportation hub. There are numerous landmarks that make Downtown Brampton a special place to be. These include Brampton City Hall, Ken Whillans Square, Gage Park, The Rose Performing Arts Centre, and the Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives. The railway line and the Etobicoke Creek define the borders of this neighbourhood.
This location is a Car-Dependent, most all errands must be completed in a car.
➤ Please note a tenant lives in the Basement and parks on the right side of the driveway.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard. :)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
