A stunning white sandy beach that goes for miles. Recently renovated, this holiday home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 living areas and 2.5 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Everything has been beautifully upgraded in keeping with the beach environment, delivering the ultimate holiday getaway.

Upstairs offers sensational sea views and a very spacious, open-plan setup. The living room opens up into the dining space and then a back lounge area which can be transformed with bi-fold doors into a quiet tv room. There is a powder room and games room upstairs including a billiard table.
Spend time in the designer kitchen whilst overlooking the beach and with northern views overlooking the rear deck which can be accessed through the family room and games room, the perfect barbecue spot and huge extension table under full cover! There is a second deck on the front corner of the home with brand new outdoor furniture to watch the waves at sunset.
Downstairs has another small living area with a games tv, 4 great bedrooms and 2 modern beautifully appointed bathrooms. There are two separate toilets downstairs and a great laundry.
Outside areas consist of a fully fenced back yard with sprawling lawn and off-street parking for at least four vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower area to rinse off after beach activities.
