This beautiful holiday house in San Remo (Watersun) is only 50m to the tranquil San Remo beach which caters for both people and their pets ( No dogs inside the house ). In walking distance to the new Meadow Springs shopping centre and only 3 minutes drive to the heart of Mandurah and all its wonderful features.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen and single bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed plus 2 fold out sofa beds in the open living area. There is an ensuite in the main bedroom and a second bathroom for the other two rooms.

The house has fully ducted air conditioning.
