This house offers the best environment for the ultimate family getaway. When you're not out exploring the beautiful southern region of Adelaide. Set yourself up on the outside entertaining area where the kids can play on the large grassed area or in the games room where there is a pool table, ample games & even some balls to kick around!

This 4-bedroom house has a large outdoor entertaining area with plenty of space to relax whilst the kids use the large grassed area or games room to play pool, kick the ball around or bring out the competitive side with a board game!
You also have access to the fire pit perfect for spending those cooler evenings. Please note lighting of the fire pit may not be allowed and is subject to fire bans. Please also note firewood is not be provided.
The main bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite and queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with a sitting area by the window for you to enjoy a book in the morning sun. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed with king single mattresses perfect for the kids. Last but not least the 4th bedroom with a double-sized bed overlooks the beautiful backyard.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.
There is a grand 8-seater dining table for getting everyone together. The dining room seamlessly flows into the lounge room with a smart TV with streaming services at the touch of a button powered by our Home WIFI System.
We have a highchair and porta cot for your convenience.
An air-conditioning split system is available in the lounge with ceiling fans in 3 of the bedrooms. The bunk room does not have a ceiling fan.
The fireplace you see in the games room is decorative only and is not to be used.
You will have access to the entire home and property.

Adelaide’s Southern Region has so much to offer just a short drive away so the best way to utilise your holiday is by hiring a car. The property is located approximately 30 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes to the local shopping centre and just a 2-minute drive to the beach!
Age Requirement: Min Age of the majority of guests must be 25 years old and above. We have quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am. Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guests over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.
No smoking, no parties/events & no pets

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
