The Space:
Hidden among the olives trees, La Caletta has a unique location with amazing view over the Mediterranean sea.
La Caletta is on two floors. On first floor there is the main entrance, a spacious living with wide french doors that open on the terrace with a breathtaking view. The living room opens on a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Two single beds room with a private bathroom.
A staircase takes to the lower floor: large master bedroom with a double bed, a newly restored bathroom and another bedroom with a single bed/double bed.
The seaview from the wide terrace is astonishing. A gourgeos little path takes you down to a beautiful solarium platform where you can relax, get a suntan or have a shower after a swimming on the bay.

There is a free private parking spot right on the street. From here a stairway of 145 step will lead to the house (2 minutes walk).

La Caletta is located in a very quiet area away from the summer heavy traffic . It is at walking distance from Lerici and has a secluded beach a few steps down from its terrace. In the area there are many other beautiful beaches and bays along the cost to Tellaro and easily reachable by car in few minutes. The house is also very close the Regional Natural Park of Montemarcello where it is possible to do fantastic hikes among the wild nature.
