FISHALOT is a unique property in Edithburgh that would be ideal for up to 3 families as it accommodates up to 14 guests between the house and unit with 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and plenty of space to move!
MAIN HOUSE:
In the front section of the house there is a full kitchen with fridge (no freezer), dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delonghi coffee pod machine with milk frother (BYO pods). 2 x 3 seater lounges, Smart TV, coffee table. 2 bedrooms one with large TV, bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, separate w/c, front loading washing machine.
In the back section of the house there is another full kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Caffitaly coffee pod machine (BYO pods). Dining table with 6 chairs, 3 seater lounge. 2 bedrooms one with large TV. Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, front loading washing machine, separate w/c, iron and ironing board.
There is reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling, to all main rooms and bedrooms
UNIT:
Kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove top, no oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Dining table with 5 chairs, walk through to another area with dining table with 6 chairs, large 2 door fridge/freezer. Air-conditioner, Large smart TV, 3 seater lounge, 5 burner hooded BBQ with chimney, this area has a roller door that can be opened to the outside area where you will find a wood fire pizza oven (BYO wood).
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one with vanity, walk in shower and w/c the other with vanity, walk in shower, w/c and laundry sink.
Clothesline between house and unit.
Front garage behind roller door at front of house is not for guests use.
Bed configuration - HOUSE: bed 1 - queen plus 2 x singles, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - double, UNIT: bed 5 - queen, bed 6 - double.
Pillows, quilts, pillow cases and sheets are provided you will need to bring your own towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside
