Your Escape from the city begins as soon as you drive into this majestic property. You will be spoilt for views as you are immersed in the stunning private views of Mount Bolton, in all seasons. As you meander your way through the driveway to the gorgeous 4 bedroom English style cottage you will be captivated by the gorgeous cattle and sheep there to remind you of a working farm.
Walking through the foliaged arch to the cottage, you will be transported back in time to a 4 Bedroom English style cottage including upstairs with King Bed and En suite which includes a sculpt bath tub and separate shower and basin. Downstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms each with Queen beds, plus a 4th bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom downstairs includes a shower and toilet.
Forget about bringing all the linen as all the fresh clean linen will be already dressed on your bed/s ready and waiting for you. Clean, fresh towels and mat/s also provided.
The updated cottage kitchen provides a beautiful working benchtop and commercial standalone stove/oven should you want to get creative in the kitchen. Authentic kitchen table to seat (8) in the kitchen. There is also another formal dining or card playing table in the expansive lounge area.
For those colder seasons, you will have a supply of timber left at the door should you want to light a fire in the free standing glass door heater which is sure to fill the lounge room and surrounding rooms with plenty of ambient heat. There are also (2) split heating/cooling systems available.
If you would like to eat out, you are only moments away from the recently opened locally owned Waubra Springs Hotel, or Learmonth which includes the recently opened 321 Learmonth Cafe which provides the locally produced Apple Cider. Otherwise, you are only 15 minutes from all the Restaurants and activities of Ballarat, not to mention iconic Lake Wendouree.
We are fortunate to have wineries very close by including, Wayward Winery and Mount Mitchell Estate. We are immersed amongst many other wineries in this greater Pyrenees area.
For avid nature walkers, an hour and half away is the Grampians Nationals Park. More closer, around half an hour drive is Mount Cole.
