Welcome to our home - situated in the centrally located suburb of Rivervale you will instantly feel relaxed in this stylish and spacious luxury home!

This beautiful 2 storey home has it all!
Private driveway where you will enter the property through the large front courtyard. If you are mixing business with pleasure then you will be comfortable using our newly built home office with plenty of work space access to free WIFI
Your home away from home has an open plan kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities and cooking pots and pans for you to use at your pleasure. Dine indoors in the dining room or lounge area or if you prefer to watch the sun set over the backyard then open up the bi-fold doors and dine outside in your own personal alfresco area.
The alfresco comes with a new state of the art BBQ, beer fridge and sink so you can entertain with your friends and family while the kids swim in the pool.
The newly built pool comes with all the extras - a beautiful water feature fountain as well as luxurious and comfortable sun lounges so you can enjoy your days by the pool reading your favourite book!
The house has 3 bedrooms -
The main bedroom has a king size bed, private ensuite with a shower and separate toilet. Open up the sliding doors to a private balcony which overlooks the street.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower and a separate toilet.
The third bedroom is set up as a children's bedroom however it does have a double bed in the room so perfectly comfortable for adults to stay in if needed. If you require a crib we can ensure there is one available for you as well a change table if needed.
There is a second sitting area upstairs and the lounge can be used for an extra guest if required.
The home has fully ducted air con and heating which can be used to keep you feeling comfortable no matter what the weather is in Perth during your stay.
The house also has a washing machine and dryer, dvd player, full security system, linen, towels, soap and tea and coffee. Please note there is no dishwasher.

As this is our family home please also be aware there will be little glimpses of our own personal effects throughout the home. We ask that all guests are respectful of our belongings and treat the home as they would their own.
Guest access
Parking is available on the driveway. Please note the lock up garage will not be accessible.
Interaction with guests
We are only a phone call away should our guests need to contact us for any reason. We are more then happy to meet and greet you at the property or if you prefer your privacy we can leave your key in the lock box.
