After a morning surf or barefoot beach stroll, rinse off in the outdoor copper shower – warm, elegant and perfectly placed to bring a little luxury to your post-beach ritual.
The home is fully airconditioned (ducted) with four spacious bedrooms: a king suite with walk-in robe and ensuite and three queen rooms clustered near the generous family bathroom. There’s a dedicated office for remote work (if you must), fast unlimited WiFi and two smart TVs – one in the main living area and another in the separate media room perfect for movie nights or footy replays.
A full laundry, double lock-up garage and thoughtful extras like board games, books and a butler’s pantry round out your stay. The kitchen is stocked for serious cooking with a Nespresso machine for the mornings and a bonus Weber BBQ for the evenings.
Located in a peaceful pocket between Yamba’s beaches and the town centre, Eden is a short drive to the marina, Yamba Fair and all the essentials. It's a quiet family-friendly base from which to explore Yamba – or simply switch off and stay put.
The whole family is welcome and your small, house trained lap dog is welcome to enjoy the fully enclosed back lawn and run of the house (please do stay off the furniture).

Getting Around:
You’ll want a car to explore the wider region, but bring your bikes too – Yamba’s flat terrain is perfect for cruising into town, grabbing coffee or heading to the beach without needing to park. Eden’s double lock-up garage gives you plenty of space to store both your vehicle and bikes securely between adventures.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is no internal dining table, just a breakfast bar with there stools. There is an outdoor dining table on the undercover deck at the rear of the property.
You're welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs up to 7kg in size. They mustn't bark or be left home alone and stay off all furniture.
