A separate study/media room and a four-bunk bedroom best for children/teens are on the living level. Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom, and the luxe main bedroom ensuite is situated separately and opens onto the outdoors. NB There is an additional charge per head for more than 10 adult guests with a maximum of 12 permitted. NO parties are allowed and no one other than booked guests are to be invited to the property.
