This is the perfect holiday house to share, comprising 2 self contained units (no internal access between both units), each contains 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area and a kitchen. With its elevated views of the lake, you will love spending time relaxing on the verandah looking out over Lake Eildon or enjoying a BBQ and a few cold beverages with family and friends.
Upstairs is a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to the large, covered front and rear decks, complete with gas BBQ and outdoor settings for all your entertaining needs. The lounge room contains a coonara wood heater and an air conditioner to add to the comfort of your stay. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds provides a sleeping capacity of 4. The laundry has a top load washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Downstairs is also spacious with the capacity to sleep 7 and a double pull out mattress for another two! There is also a large lounge room, kitchen and bathroom.
Each lounge room is equipped with full HD TV's , DVD player, stereo sound systems and complimentary WiFi Netflix available upstairs.

The home is a 15 minute drive from the historical town of Mansfield, where there is even mini golf, zoo etc. to pass the time.
With a great view of the lake, it's only a 250m walk to the lake edge, and 450m drive to the concrete boat ramp.
The famous Bonnie Doon Hotel is a short 1700m stroll or 5 minute drive which boasts a large variety menu at great prices. For those wanting a fine dining experience we can highly recommend the Bounty located in Bonnie Doon just a five minute drive. There is a wonderful winery, Peppin Ridge Estate about a 15 min drive, where the host Dave is very friendly and will accommodate all your needs. There is a local petrol station come convenience store for the last minute pick ups!
The beautiful Lake Eildon offers you all your boating and fishing needs.
It is a great place to stay and enjoy all Bonnie Doon has to offer, whether you like to fish, bike ride, walk, water-ski or simply relax, this is the location for you.
Bonnie Doon is a great place to stay all year round, for the ski bunnies its only an hour from Mt Buller, for the warmer weather it’s a lovely peaceful break with glorious wildlife including lots of kangaroos and bird life or that exhilarating water sports adventure you crave!
