This small room has linen provided as well as towels and you are sharing bathroom with occupiers of the house who are a middle aged working couple. Bathroom has spa bath and stand up shower to share. There's full access to the kitchen and the utensils etc and washing machine and fridge free to use. Fast 5g wifi included and tv in your single room with single bed. We are quiet and just keep to ourselves and there's space for 1 car off-street parking...linen and towels provided. Happy to cook for additional costs. Fire place available in winter and heat pump. Fan in bedroom with small tv and I have an office that I can let you use at additional costs too.. mowbray in walking distance and bus stop at front door. BP 3 doors down and IGA 2 minutes walk. Launceston only 8 minutes drive or 15 minutes on the bus
