The property is located in the municipality of Monteleone d'Orvieto halfway between Rome and Florence, at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level on the beautiful Umbrian hills; it is surrounded by woods, olive groves, vineyards, ancient castles and the medieval villages of Città della Pieve, Panicale, Paciano, Parrano, Montegabbione, Montegiove and Castel di Fiori. Lakes Trasimeno, Bolsena and Chiusi and cities of art such as Orvieto, Perugia, Florence, Assisi, Todi, Rome and Siena are within easy reach. The Casale is divided into spacious and comfortable flats with garden, furnished with taste and care to create an intimate, family environment.
