Entire property of Casa Rosanna is private, surrounded by greenery, olive trees and fruit trees - away from traffic but not too far to discover the Tuscan art cities and at the same time you reach the sea with nice beaches of the Etruscan coast in just 15 minutes.
The house Casa Rosanna is only a few hundred meters of dirt road from Provincial Road. The apartment of 135 square meters, available for our guests, has a private entrance and is located on the first floor. You log on a external stone scale to a small covered terrace with wooden table- perfect to eat at open air. You enter in a spacious bright living room with open fireplace, comfortable sofas and dining table. Beside the living room is a kitchen (4 burners, huge fridge with freezer). The night part is divided into 2 spacious rooms with comfortable double beds and a small room with a single bed. 2 bathrooms with toilet, bidet, shower cabin and washing machine. SAT-TV, Wifi, heating, barbecue and parking area near the house. The furniture are well cared and the atmosphere is perfect to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The garden invites to enjoy hours to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside.
Particular attention has been given to independence and privacy, as the owner lives on the ground floor, very discreet and friendly but still present to give little tips or help during your holidays.
