Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice set up. And the staff was helpfull to change the room from upstairs in hotel to one of the ground level rooms.

Negative: The ground room was cheaper, so i asked about the difference , and the staff said I would have to cancel booking to get the difference back and rebook it. Not sure why they couldn't upgrade the room their end .. I have stayed at alot of places and have upgraded or down graded a room and the staff have always managed it their end.
