Welcome to Cloud Break, a stately country home that will impress in every way. Upon entry, you are greeted by a massive living and dining area with views out towards the jarrah forest. The living area features a hand-built stone open fireplace, which is sunken down into the front corner of the house. You will be able to gather here and enjoy some wine and cheese on a chilly winter evening or balmy summer night. On the ground-level is the enormous catering kitchen where you can cook a large meal for all your guests.
The ground floor also features the smallest queen room (bedroom 5) with an external door to the front of the house. There is a combined shower and laundry with toilet on the ground floor. Large wooden doors from the main living area open out onto the covered verandah area, which flows down the grassed hill towards the forest. Heading towards the west, there is a sunset bar overlooking the vineyard next door. Take your favourite drinks and a cheese platter up here for the best private sunset in town. Children will be able to spend hours exploring the grounds and dams on the property or riding their bikes around the tracks on the property. Please note that there is unfenced access to deep water dams and children may need supervision.
Heading up to the second level, you will find the 4 main bedrooms. The master bedroom is huge, and features a king bed with private sitting area and a barn-door bathroom with full-sized deep bath. 2 sets of doors open out onto the wrap-around balcony for you to enjoy the morning views with a coffee. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 3 has a king, and bedroom 4 has a queen and double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms open onto a communal sitting area that opens out onto the main verandah. This sitting area is airconditioned.

This property is pet-friendly, but there is no fenced yard. Please keep all pets downstairs as there is carpet upstairs.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
