Privately situated at the far end of a gorgeous new build nestled at the top Ciao Korora, overlooking the ocean with magnificent water and mountain views.
Modern Architecture and state of the art features compliment the lavish Italian décor, The Classic exudes luxury and class, in a secluded location. The owners Carla & Emanuele reside on a separate section of the same house.
The expansive wooden deck boasts some of the best views the Coffs Coast has to offer. Lush green mountains and fertile lands lead your eyes towards the epic ocean views where you can see the Solitary Islands awake to a glorious sunrise. Relax and unwind over a BBQ during the afternoon and spot the unique native wildlife from the balcony. Location is everything - only an 8 minute drive to our stunning beaches and a further 2 minutes to major shopping centres and restaurants in the heart of Coffs Harbour.
The Classic is the smaller of two available studios next to each other, a retreat with a Queen bed and beautifully furnished, with air conditioning, TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi for your comfort. There is no kitchen at The Classic. There is a pod coffee machine, small bar fridge/freezer and tea making facilities. You can also enjoy the large gas BBQ outside on the deck, (crockery is provided) with an outdoor umbrella if you feel like dinner with a view! There is an outdoor sitting area, and the inside room is decorated with authentic Italian furnishings which add an opulent touch to the design.
The Classic’ sleeps a maximum of 2 guests. The ensuite is immaculate, with open shower and stone bench tops, and complimentary toiletries for use during your stay. The property is an eco-friendly build equipped with solar power, solar hot water, septic system and rainwater catchment. To keep you in touch with the outside world there is of course Wi-Fi throughout the property and Smart, flat-screen TV with access to guest Netflix to retreat after sunset. Laze by the stunning pool and enjoy the serenity!
The Owners, Carla & Emanuele reside at the western end of this dwelling, and may be available during your stay if necessary. There is a shared laundry facilities to use complete with washing machine and ironing equipment should you require. Parties and pets are not permitted and this is a non-smoking property. Linen, bath and pool towels are included. To welcome you to the home the Owners provide you with San Pellegrino sparkling water upon arrival.
