The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GETTING AROUND
Parking is available on the surrounding streets. However, it is not located on the premises. There is street parking available around Mitford Street and Dickens Street.

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.
