Fully air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom traditional highset Queenslander on the city fringe. Beautiful polished timber floors, spacious bedrooms, really comfortable double size sofa bed, modern renovated kitchen and renovated bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), separate living and dining areas, built in cupboards, ceiling fans throughout.
Extra large yard for the kids to play and big tropical pool. Front and back deck/patio, lockup garage.
Guests will have access to the whole house, one room (storage room) is locked downstairs where we keep all cleaning chemicals, spare paint, etc.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood located within approx. a 10min drive (5km) to Cairns Central / Cairns CBD, 15mins drive (6.5km) to Cairns Esplanade Lagoon and approx. a 13min drive to Cairns Airport.
Café strip and fine dining hub of Edge Hill & Whitfield is also a 5min drive (3.2km)
During your stay you'll have access to a lockup garage and if you're not coming to Cairns by car please note UBER , Taxi, UBER Eats, DoorDash, etc. are all available in Cairns. Public transport is within walking distance. Street parking is free in the area
PLEASE NOTE THE GRASS ON THE PHOTOS IS DIGITAL EDITING.
We have just done a full yard tidy up and applied new soil layer and new grass seeding throughout the house (front yard and back yard as well). Currently (May-June 2023) grass has started growing back but still a large number of brown soil patches which we treat on a daily basis to ensure grass will grow back soon :)

Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times.
No parties, or excessive noise after 9pm please.
Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the daily price.
COVID safety measures: before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please wash all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.
Also please clean the BBQ (if used). All cleaning tools are provided.
