Your children will enjoy hours of fun on the trampoline, swings, climbing frame and tree house outside and in the play room inside which is stocked with toys for all ages. And the solar heated pool is very popular in the warm weather. The house is close to Mills Beach and a ten minute walk to town. It’s also a lovely tranquil space for one or two people. You will enjoy relaxing on a sun lounge in the secluded north facing garden.
The house is quite unique, with unsurpassed charm and character. Built in 1952 by an award winning architect, it featured in Home Beautiful in 1953. Despite installing a new kitchen and beautiful pool in 2018, the house retains its original charm and is enhanced by a beautiful secluded and sunny garden.
It’s worth noting that the garden is not fenced, except around the pool, so young children will need to be supervised. There is also a Springform trampoline which is not visible in the photographs. Please make sure the zip is fully closed before allowing children to jump and please make sure that only one person uses the trampoline at a time.
