This property is on an island in Lake Muskoka giving you access to the entire lake and towns including Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Bala, and Port Carling.
The property is water-access only (an island). You will need to bring your own boat, rent a boat, or hire a water taxi. More details are provided below or contact us and we would be happy to discuss.
The cottage has a patio door with extra large front deck and a large screened-in side deck with eating table. It has a spacious open-concept living room with lake view and well-equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave, and dishwasher.
Our cottage can sleep 4 adults and up to 4 kids. Master bedroom features a queen-size bed and full ensuite with shower/tub. Guest room features a queen bed, and the “Kids Den” is equipped with two sets of bunk beds and space for hanging out. There is a ladder to a loft area that includes loveseats, a TV with chrome-cast capability, a DVD player (and VCR for nostalgic movie watching), and a desk.
Our property features a wide dock, outdoor fire pit, and indoor wood stove. At the water, we have 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, a water mat, and a ladder leading to shallow, sandy water. The backyard of the cottage features a 60’ grass backyard for hanging out and playing games, there are also a couple of swings for the kids.
Our island property offers a true Muskoka experience, complete with fantastic lake views with incredible sunsets, your own private dock, and fishing. This Muskoka cottage offers all the amenities you require to create great memories.

Included in the price is access to a local marina which includes a boat launch, a 24' boat slip, and parking for two cars. The cottage is located 1.5km from the marina and is easy to find.
If you have a boat (or canoe) please contact us and we can review your many options.
If you need a boat, they are available from Northern Lakes Marina (705-706-7096) or Muskoka Boat Rentals (705-687-1400). They will deliver the boat to the marina and pick-up. Note: boats reserve quickly especially for the summer months. Contact them early!
Lastly, water Taxis may be available from Campbells Landing Marina (705-687-3821)

The cottage is situated approximately 20m/60ft over the water, accessed by stairs. Although this provides excellent views of the lake, this property is not suitable for mobility-impaired persons.
The cottage water is pulled from the lake, has filtration and UV filter, and is safe for drinking, cooking and washing. There is also a water cooler in the cottage for bottled drinking water.
This is a family cottage: No smoking, pets, or events.
